How do we define a commutator of tensor product operators? By applying the basic rule of product of tensor product operators: $$[A\otimes B,C\otimes D]=(A\otimes B)(C\otimes D)-(C\otimes D)(A\otimes B)=AC\otimes BD-CA\otimes DB$$
